  • Wow, I can't believe it took me this long to finally come here for a banh mi. I left Vancouver for two years and just recently came back for a few months and had a craving for a banh mi and this place was a few blocks from where I'm currently staying and I must say, I'm glad I came here. It's a tiny little spot, the service was super friendly and very fast! I ended up getting the grilled lemongrass chicken and it was so delicious. The bread was soft and warm (even after I walked 6 blocks to get back to where I'm staying before eating it). The ingredients tasted fresh and the flavors were on point and for only $9.66 after tax! I'll definitely be back here again to try more items from their menu.

The catering was quick delivery and spot on taste budds. Highly recommend that if you love Asian food, give this little restaurant a visit! Don't ever stop dropping by. Hoping it can one day franchised into a larger spot so it can accommodate a much larger group who's wanting to satisfy their taste buds. (Got to try the Kim Chi Tofu Banh Mi Sandwich! You can't find that anywhere)

  • This is my new favorite Vietnamese spot that I have to go here twice a week, honestly it was the best Vietnamese restaurant that I’ve ever tried in Vancouver downtown area. The foods were delicious and fresh, breads were very well toasted and the employees were very friendly. Small place but cozy and I would definitely going back to try some more.

  • I had an amazing experience at Viet Sub in Vancouver! I ordered the B3, which came with delicious Vietnamese ham, and it was absolutely fantastic. The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, the fillings were fresh and flavorful, and the balance of textures was just right. Every bite was packed with authentic Vietnamese flavors, making it one of the best banh mi I’ve had in the city. The only thing that’s bad about my experience is that I should have bought more one sandwiches.
